Summer times TWO

*looks around page* Geez this blog is a bit dusty but nonetheless I'm BACK!!!!!! I know we are known for adventures during the summer time but so far this summer is pretty chill. All though its just a year later but in between that year we have revolved and matured a lot! I mean don't get it twisted we still do hood rat things with our hood rat friends and run around town as if we are immigrants that just came to America!

Sooooo I went  back and read previous diary entries and I couldn't help but to CTFU!!!! Like I died, came back to life and still was in laughter! Like I can't believe I felt that way towards these goats! (Males)

Hey you guys!

So I've been dreading to post something on here because I was too embarrassed to tell y'all what's been going on with Tony, oops I mean the Tin Man. The saying goes "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me" right? Oh, well SHAME ON MEEEEE! HA! Anyways, we civil or whatever. When we see each other, we say hi. So iz all rye. 

I digress. Let me get to the exact reason why things aint sittin right with my spirit. So I'm going to introduce a new character...let's call him Bartholomew. Ok, Bart is a great guy; funny, tall and smart. He is also a mutual friend of Tony and I. So Bart and I are cool. We've talked on the phone a couple of times, no big deal right? Wrong! Eventually a couple of my friends start telling me that Bart likes me. I'm oblivious to the situation because I just don't see it. Subtle signs/hints don't exist to me. So I decided to ask Bart myself. I call Bart and I'm like "hey, quick question, do you like me?" A Yes or No answer would've sufficed. But why was Bart giving me red and blue. My nigga be frank about it! I had to tell him straight up, "Bart we're cool but we're JUST friends". Emphasis on "just", if you didn't peep it capatialized.

Maybe I'm blunt to a fault but damn. All I ask for is the truth! Unfortunately, this is something I'm accustomed to. I don't want to sound conceited or anything but growing up I could never have guy friends because all of them eventually started liking me. This is discouraging. I feel so violated. Now after that awkward conversation with Bart, I'm starting to pick up on the signs my friends warned me about.  *insert sarcasm* That's not annoying at all!!!! Maybe I'm too nice that people take my kindness as flirting. This Good Samaritan thing isn't working. Maybe I need to be aggressive.. be be aggressive! I don't know, I thought I was already doing that. People confuse me. I cannot win.

Btw, we ALL lost the bet in the previous post.  LaFille and Shamise' got this! Know the girls!

Detox

I feel like I'm going through a detox, spiritually, mentally, and physically. Not all detoxes feel good, but you know by the end of it you'll feel good. So you just stick it through. That's exactly how I've been feeling these past few weeks. I've been going through a lot of changes and some pain in my life. But Ive manage to remain calm and just trust god, because he's in control. I know the outcome will be greater and fear and worry is far from my mind. Just knowing that and having faith, makes it even better. the outcome be is my motivation to keep going.

I'm in a place in my life where amazing things are happening all around me. I sat in my room Lastnight cried, read my bible, and prayed, Thanking god for all that he has done for me. Happiness is a choice and I choose to be happy.

Ive been so MIA, so sorry. Life has been something serious for me Lately. A door closed and another one opened. Remember that guy I talked about in my previous posts? Yea I didn't leave him alone. Lol who was I kidding right? I just never thought I would EVER be that stupid girl that everyone talks about that would never leave him alone. But I admit I was for a while. Can you really blame me though? That door closed less than 24hrs ago. A conversation that I have been anticipating to have for almost a year now. & it finally happened. We agreed on not having any contact and if its meant to be it will be, I didn't cry surprisingly, but I was definitely sad about the whole thing. I will not be bitter nor will I hate men. I love the feeling of love and being in love. and I am grateful for the experience. I wish him the best in all and everything he wants to do in life. It's only going to up from here. I'm glad to say that I am free. Finally....
